My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and deeply compassionate. I believe healing happens when you feel truly heard and understood. We’ll work at your pace, exploring the experiences and patterns that have shaped your life while building tools to move forward with confidence and clarity.
I integrate evidence-based approaches including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Somatic Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to tailor each session to your unique needs.
